    Backwards Blueprint Bundle

    23

Save when you get the bundle of four Backwards Blueprints!

Published in 1942, C.S. Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters cleverly used the advice of a fictional senior demon to highlight moral truths by advocating vice and criticizing virtue, encouraging readers to take the opposite path. Our Backwards Blueprint series follows this approach by presenting flawed ideas and behaviors to reveal the wisdom of their opposites. This method is effective in teaching, much like fables and dystopian novels that highlight the consequences of negative actions to underscore positive values. By exploring these misguided concepts, readers will gain a clearer understanding of the virtues and truths that stand in opposition, helping them to avoid pitfalls and embrace a better path.

    Included in this bundle:

    • How to Raise an Uncritical Thinker: 10 Ways to Ensure Your Child Doesn’t Question Anything
    • How to Destroy a Country: 10 Strategies for Sinister Success
    • How to Cripple a Currency: 10 Methods to Devalue Money
    • How to Lose Friends and Alienate People: 10 Tactics to Be a Loner
Original price was: $51.96.Current price is: $31.88.

But as Children of the Collective explains, there is one institution uniquely positioned to keep the state’s power at bay and protect our children…

Feardom: How Politicians Exploit Your Emotions and What You Can Do to Stop Them

    21

What do history’s most notorious despots have in common with many of the flag-waving, patriotic politicians of our day? Both groups rise to power through the exploitation of fear. Sometimes the fear derives from a pre-existing threat. At other times, crises are created or intensified to invoke a sense of panic and anxiety where none previously existed.

This pattern is as predictable as it is destructive. The end result is the same: a loss of liberty. Policies that are costly, oppressive, and harmful are supported by people who abandon any interest in freedom or personal responsibility in hopes of feeling safe.

Manufactured fear, with its negative impact on liberty, is a societal plague. There have been widespread casualties. We need an antidote. Feardom offers its readers a much-needed immunization.
